The hotel location is amazing! I could get there quickly by public transport, and the view of the mountains was stunning from my spacious room and the cute balcony. The hotel staff was very friendly, and the restaurant service was excellent. Finally, the cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, even in the common areas.
No negative aspects to report.

The hotel had comfortable and clean rooms with nice balconies and stunning mountain views. The staff were very friendly and offered excellent service at the restaurant. The location was perfect, central to everything and with easy access to public transport.
The breakfast was basic and the towels were quite old. There was no minibar or free water, and drinks were only available until 11pm.

The hotel is located in a traffic-free village that boasts of direct access by public transport. The rooms are recently renovated with modern alpine style décor which fits perfectly into the picturesque surroundings. We enjoyed the attentiveness of the hotel service and the excellent quality of both the menu and wine list at the restaurant.
While the location was great, the prices of restaurants in the area were very expensive. we found that the hotel was overpriced for the amenities provided.

From the location of the hotel, we could easily walk to the famous little chapel in Bettmeralp and even go all the way down the mountain to the hospital. The service was attentive even in the common area. The modern alpine style of our room was cozy and comfortable, with a breathtaking view of the Alps. The breakfast had a wide variety of different dishes, and the restaurant's Swiss cuisine was impressive. the hotel had useful facilities such as a skis storage room and a bar.
It's a pity that the hotel lacks proper maintenance in some areas.
